Saratoga Homeowners Association, INC
Saratoga Homeowners Association, Inc was started in September 2007, by American Land Corporation of Charlotte, Inc.
The neighborhood is approximately 401 acres of land located in Cabarrus County, State of North Carolina. It has 36 building lots that range between 10-12 acres per lot. There is a common area in the front of the neighborhood that is fenced in with a white vinyl fence that is properly maintained and can be used by any of our homeowners.
In May 2024, American Land Corporation of Charlotte, Inc sold the last building lot and turned the Homeowners Association over to the property owners. Homes have been built, or being built, on over three quarter of the lots, ranging in size of 3000-5000 sq ft.
We are a gated community with homes that have fire sprinkler systems installed throughout for the protection of our homeowners. We are all on water wells and septic systems.
We consider our development as natural country living, with wildlife calling our properties their home too.
