Scott Miller serves on the Saratoga community’s HOA board as the secretary. As a Military Veteran and a business owner in Mt Pleasant, Scott brings a diverse range of skills and experiences to the board.

With over 15 years of experience in renovation and real estate, Scott has a deep understanding of property management and development. Recently retired after more than 30 years working for Fortune 500 companies, he has a strong background in interpreting, negotiating, and constructing complex contracts. His expertise is a valuable asset to the HOA.
