In an effort to protect, maintain and enhance each homeowner’s rights and property value, the HOA requires any homeowner considering improvements to their property which effects their structure or improvements visible either from the street and/or surrounding homes, submit this Application for Home Improvements including exterior painting, to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) PRIOR to initiating any work on the planned improvements.

An incomplete application and/or missing information will be returned and will delay the review of your application. NO work relative to this application shall begin until you have received written approval from the ACC.

The requirements for approval are as follows:

1. Completed application with builder’s name and contact information.
2. Small scale drawing of plat with facsimile of house drawing showing drive to garage.
3. Roof shingle color, architectural are only ones allowed.
4. Type of siding, vinyl or cement board with actual sample of color. 5) Actual picture of stone or brick. 6) Actual colors of exterior trim paint and or stain.
5. $2,500 new construction fee made payable to Saratoga and mailed to P.O. Box 4810, Davidson, NC 28036. Put in memo line property address and construction deposit.
6. Picture of road surface at driveway/road must be taken and submitted prior to beginning construction
